Directions:  8oz of water for every 1tsp of herbs. Steep herbs in boiling hot water with a lid for 15-20mins. Drink at room temperature on an empty stomach. Best used  after you’re done eating completely for the day. Add lime  for vitamin c to help absorb the iron and other minerals of this product. May add natural sweetness such as date sugar, raw honey, maple syrup or agave nectar.
